Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jamun Pulp
  • 1/2 cup chilled yogurt or curd
  • 1/4 cup cold water or milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or jaggery syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add jamun pulp, yogurt, and water/milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until fully smooth and mixed.
  3. Add honey if a sweeter taste is desired.
  4. Blend again with a few ice cubes for a refreshing chill.
  5. Serve in a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
