Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed Fruit Puree (mango, strawberry, banana, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chilled orange juice or water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine fruit puree, yogurt, and juice in a blender.
  2. Add chia seeds and honey if desired.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.
