Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Imported IQF Cranberries
  • 1/2 banana (for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Add cranberries, banana, juice, and yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and thick.
  3. Taste and sweeten with honey or maple syrup if needed.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again for a frosty finish.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
