Ingredients

  • 1 cup Imported IQF Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 banana (optional for creaminess)
  • Ice cubes if desired

Instructions

  1. Add raspberries, yogurt, juice/milk, and banana to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey if extra sweetness is needed.
  4. Blend again with ice for a chilled texture.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
